The user/customer hereby acknowledges and accepts that RoyalMarathas.com is a website and only acts as anplatform to enable any user to register themselves to voluntarily search for profiles from its database of already registered users of RoyalMarathas.com, for seeking prospective lawful matrimonial alliances either for self or for theirson or daughter etc. The primary goal and intent of RoyalMarathas.com is to work for its users/customers and provide a platform to find prospective lawful alliances. The website provides only a platform and contains various profiles containing the information provided and uploaded by the customers themselves.The user/customer agrees and acknowledges that his/her intention is to seek prospective lawful matrimonial alliances for him/her. • The user/customer is responsible for keeping the password secure. RoyalMarathas.com cannot be held liable for any loss or damage for his/ her failure to maintain the security of the account and password.

 

• The user/customer agrees and acknowledges that he/she is aware with the policy of RoyalMarathas.com regarding multiplicity of profiles of the same person on the website. RoyalMarathas.com reserves its rights to deactivate/block such additional profiles without any notice and refund of fees. The user/customer shall not use the website to promote other matrimonial services, websites, matrimonial apps, matrimonial companies etc.

 

• It is the responsibility of the user/customer to provide genuine documents. RoyalMarathas.com shall not be responsible if any documentsprovided by the user/customer are bogus, forged, false, incorrect, tampered etc. It is the responsibility of the user/customer to provide genuine information and description about themselves in their profiles. RoyalMarathas.com shall not be responsible for misleading, bogus, incorrect, untrue and false information provided by a user/customer. RoyalMarathas.com reserves the right to terminate the membership and deactivate the account/ profiles of such users/customers without any notice
• RoyalMarathas.com has reasonable processes and system in place to maintain confidentiality of all the personal information other than those meant for sharing with prospects furnished by customer. However, any feedback provided by the customer to RoyalMarathas.com shall be deemed to be non-confidential.
• The user/customer acknowledges and accepts that RoyalMarathas.com has all the rights to process the information provided by the user/customer through the automated process so that RoyalMarathas.com will be in a position to provide the suitable matches to the profile of the user/customer from its the database and RoyalMarathas.com may also send communication to the user/customer in this regard.
• Theuser/customer agrees that to enrich and enhance the experience of the user/customer and to enable the RoyalMarathas.com team to provide additional services, we may set up advertisements and banners of third-party product and service providers on the website and the user/customer agrees that he/she has no objection or issue towards the same. 
• The user/customer agrees and undertakes that while chatting or conversing with another user/customer through the medium of app, chat box or website provided by RoyalMarathas.com the user/customer will use decent, polite and respectable language. The user/customer shall not defame, abuse, pass comments, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of other users/customers. • If registration is cancelled for any reason Royal Marathas will delete all personal information from server and in any case it cannot be retrieved hence candidate should not demand for such information.
• The information and photographs of prospective candidates are directly available on internet, and candidate acknowledges the possible risk of misuse of photographs as well as personal information. If misuse happens, Royal Marathas should not be held responsible for the same.

 

1. Horoscope Matching:

The user/customer agrees and acknowledges that RoyalMarathas.com may allow third parties to provide horoscope matching services. RoyalMarathas.com claims no responsibility or liability for theauthenticity or reliability of these services. RoyalMarathas.com may also collect payment for such third-party services from the user/customer on behalf of the third parties.

 

 

1. Communication with User/Customer:

The user/customer agrees and acknowledges that RoyalMarathas.com shall use the e-mail address, phone number etc. provided by the user/customer as medium of communication with the user/customer. The customer agrees and acknowledges that RoyalMarathas.com may by way of e-mail, voice call, recorded call, SMS etc. provide information of additional / new services, other activities of RoyalMarathas.com etc. The user/customer agrees and acknowledges that the mobile number provided by the user/customer is not registered with do not disturb category.The user/customer agrees and acknowledges that immediately after registering with RoyalMarathas.com, he has given his consent to receive such e-mails, voice calls, recorded calls, SMS etc. as stated hereinabove and in case of receipt of such communication by RoyalMarathas.com, the user/customer shall not make any complaint to any authority. Such voice calls, recorded calls, emails, SMS etc. shall not be treated as promotional calls etc.

 

1. Payment:

Said payment made to the RoyalMarathas.com is only to access the profiles which are uploaded by other users/customers on the website and/orcreated by royalmarathas.com representatives which are verified by customer. The user/customer also acknowledges and accepts that in the event that an account is activated before the realization of payment, or if a payment by cheque gets dishonored RoyalMarathas.com has every right to deactivate the said user/customers account, without informing the user/customer.The membership payment once paid by the subscriber is not refundable in any circumstances whatsoever.

The user/customer agrees and undertakes that when using the services ofRoyalMarathas.com website, the user/customer will not defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others. The liability of RoyalMarathas.com shall be limited only to the amount of membership fees paid by the customer/user. RoyalMarathas.com shall not be liable for any damages including costs, charges and third-party claims arising if any whatsoever.

 

1. Change in Material Terms:

RoyalMarathas.com reserves the right to change the material terms and conditions under which the services are offered through the website. The user shall be responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions.

 

 

1. Termination & Cessation of Services:

The user/customer agrees and acknowledges that RoyalMarathas.com can unilaterally either by soumoto action or on receipt of any complaint from other users/customers terminate membership, block access to the RoyalMarathas.com website and cease provision of all services if it finds that a user/member is misusing the platform for purposes other than finding a prospective lawful matrimonial alliance including but not limited to solicitation for financial help, physical favors, prostitution, or any type of personal relationship other than marriage. RoyalMarathas.com reserves the right to cease provision of services and terminate the membership of the user/customer in case of breach or failure to follow any of these terms and conditions, without any notice and without furnishing any reason. Fees paid shall be forfeited on termination of membership and the right to use the services of RoyalMarathas.com website shall be ceased immediately.

 

1. Jurisdiction & Arbitration:

The above Terms and Conditions shall be construed, interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without reference to conflict of laws principles.
